I looked up some pics and you’re absolutely right. It is a Mazda MX-5 with Maserati logo’s etc.

The hardtop makes it quite obvious.

The weird thing is the paperwork of the number plate says it’s from a Toyota Alphard.

Agreed. Could be photoshopped to make him look bad/worse? Wonder if there are any other pictures available with the Maserati logos on it.
On other pictures his black Mercedes has the same B4HAR plates.

Many opponents (supporting Prabowo) are being arrested and put behind bars with the help of the somewhat flexible and interpretation allowing Indonesian judicial system. Think Ahmad Dhani (you got to love his 'political prisoner' t-shirt) and Buni Yani.

Of course it is a bit revenge for Ahok, the mass demonstrations, etc. But mainly the upcoming elections are a driver to get the agitators off the streets.

And of course even this is used for political gains. Jokowi provided medical care and a doctor and obviously Fadli Zon was very fast to contact the press to communicate that it was standard practice and a right of former presidents to receive medical care from the state, it was not Jokowi’s prerogative.

Prabowo visits the hospital in Singapore as we speak. She’s in a sterile room so no access allowed, all behind glass.

SBY announced he -obviously- would not be able to spend time campaigning. Honestly he was not doing that anyway.

The newspaper stated they just reported what they picked up on social media?! Anyway, they had to retract and will be sued by the legal team for a frontpage apology. But some idiots will always believe these kind of things.

* Many people here are still convinced that the President should be a native and a Muslim. Around 2001, so not that long ago, the law was changed so also 'non native' Indonesians could become President. (Read: from Chinese, Arab or Indian descent.) This was a rather interesting moment...

So when Prabowo stated that the growth of the population and available land will be a problem, and that land should be provided to the population, Jokowi brought up that Prabowo is in control of a huge amount of land. (East Kalimantan.)

Prabowo stated it was in fact owned by the state. And he as patriot makes sure, foreigners can not control it.

Obviously it is HGU, land available for agriculture etc. for 35+ years. So he makes quite a nice sum on palm plantations etc. Jokowi emphasized this type of land was never made available to the super rich during his presidency, more or less implying it must have been nepotism.
