With autogate it's not so clear you are supposed to look up into the lens not just down focusing on getting your passport straight

He said, he got a notification on screen that he should go to the counter. I guess it caused by All Indonesian card.
I didn't make All Indonesia card for him back then because he should fill in arrival date and departure date. While it was his first ITAS and he never left Indonesia as an ITAS holder. Another official suggested us to fill in the same date on both. It worked.
