Not exactly true. As was pointed out on the forum recently, Apple Private Relay works great. It’s not exactly a VPN.

The price is one thing, but I don't trust Musk.Does anyone have any experience with Starlink internet?

It seems to be available everywhere now, but the costs are high compared to Telkomsel plus you need to buy an expensive satellite dish too.
So True, He is only producing Tesla cars, and Starlink, and SpaceX for profit! He is an intelligent capitalist, that is buying his way to influence American politics! The price is one thing, but I don't trust Musk.
That's why I won't be buying it.
I understand he's going to be a minister for something or other with Trump. As I mentioned, I dislike getting too far into politics, but it strikes me that people around Trump tend to be the sort of people you don't want to have any control over you.So True, He is only producing Tesla cars, and Starlink, and SpaceX for profit! His name reminds of the smelly gland on Musk Ox. They both stink!
this the reply by WAWhy did Indihome cancel?
They have oversold their bandwidth and have no plans to expand it anytime soon or they have not actually extended the fiber into your area yet and are waiting on 100 people to sign up and make it worthwhile for them, which will take you back to problem 1.this the reply by WA

The latest information is that your registration cannot be continued because there are problems with network availability, so installation cannot be done because the network is not available.
They accepted my registration and confirmed the network was available at the point I located in the map. Took almost two week from the requested date of installation for the technician to contact me and ask to share the location for him to inspect. He did visit the location and told us that he'd come back again with the material. Two days later, another technician called me again and asked to share the location again. I told him to contact his colleague. All of them never come back and the the WA message canceling the registration. I also hate their stupid bot Veronika; wasting time to get the support. They have oversold their bandwidth and have no plans to expand it anytime soon or they have not actually extended the fiber into your area yet and are waiting on 100 people to sign up and make it worthwhile for them, which will take you back to problem 1.
It is ironic isn't it in the age of high speed communication technology that it seems most of the large companies have appalling customer service with auto answering of things with cute names "Vera" or whatever which rarely provide the information you are seeking and then ask, "Would you like to speak to a human?" and thus wasting more time. They accepted my registration and confirmed the network was available at the point I located in the map. My office internet in Jakarta is also bad last few months (Indihome). They have oversold their bandwidth and have no plans to expand it anytime soon or they have not actually extended the fiber into your area yet and are waiting on 100 people to sign up and make it worthwhile for them, which will take you back to problem 1.
That is looking pretty good. Makes me a little jealous.Got it yesterday, in a week after placing order. Temporary installed, and this what we get

Do you have the kit that the router has an ethernet port? There are two versions out there and it seems Indonesia is getting the older one without. With the ethernet port it would be very easy to add a much cheaper mesh system. I have a D-Link Wifi 6 Mesh system with 4 stations and the coverage is pretty good, especially considering the price.apart from not responding my previous message; the process is very easy and effective. Once installed, automatically activated and immediately get the internet. However, the wifi range of the starlink router is very limited. Need to install wifi extender or technically better the starling mesh extender (very expensive). The standard kit does not include mounting kit for permanent installation, has to be purchased separately.
Yes, there's two RJ45 ethernet ports. Indeed theres more affordable solution available in the market to extend the range. For now, im using my old tplink tl-wa850re. Stronger signals but not much in speed.Do you have the kit that the router has an ethernet port? There are two versions out there and it seems Indonesia is getting the older one without.
