Pembayaran dapat dilakukan sejak diterimanya notifikasi ini sampai dengan selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari sejak diterbitkan notifikasi ini;
Pembayaran dollar saat ini hanya dapat dilakukan melalui bank BRI, BNI, dan Mandiri;
Cetak Bukti Pengantar Pembayaran terlampir untuk ditunjukkan pada saat melakukan pembayaran;
Jika permohonan disetujui, Visa Elektronik (eVisa) akan dikirimkan via email;

I assumed that 'Simponi" is an online payment platform. Stupid me.

Okay...we went to a bank branch in our city to pay only to discover that payment must be done within Indo. A family member went to pay within Indo, and the bank cannot read the QR code on the immigrasi email.

What exactly is the reason that payment should be made in Indonesia? Is this a requirement for C317 visa only? Or also for other visa, like B211? Maybe because there is a requirement for these visas to have a sponsor?

Somewhere they don't know in the banks. Better try all 3 banks mandiri , bni and bri. I deposited in BNI , they also don't know about that but they confirm it by call and after then deposit my fees. They will take equal to 150 USD which was 23 million and something.

So, one can pay the fee to this account number, at Mandiri online? With reference to the billing code for B211A?

No. They give you a special specific number and code for your file and visa

You can pay through a BRI account, there is an option to do so. In Mandiri, there is no option because I paid for someone who had a Madiri account.

You might as well make the payment anyway because the bank teller has to put in your personal file # so they will know it's been paid

If and when you get the email then just put the ref # in again
