Yes you need to ask your family member. Please note that once you arrived in Indonesia using c317 you must / need to change to ITAS and it will cost you another 2.5million IDR and this is must!

Ja, but the good news is that you're almost through jumping through hoops. Once the fee has been paid, you can relax and wait for the electronic files to be sent to you.

ITAS process can be completed in 2 weeks Immigration just take 1 week only for ITAS

Dear Forum,

First of all I thank you for this forum. I applied for c317 visa on 26th May 2021, Paid on 28th May 2021 and got visa issued on 4th June 2021 (after 4 working days) or you can say 1 week.

First of all your spouse need to register on https://visa-online.imigrasi.go.id/ with family certificate , KTP and some other documents clearly scanned.

After that we applied once account is approved.

I have attached documents I used as sample.

1. HEALTH MONITORING DURING QUARANTINE OR SELF-ISOLATION
2. LETTER OF STATEMENTS
3. WILLINGNESS TO COVER HEALTH COSTS INDEPENDENTLY
4. Guarantor Letter (If your spouse is in Indonesia it requires to put materai stamp 10K, the stamp is for 10k now before it was 6K)

Other documents that are required are

1. Marriage books
2. Spouse ID/PASSPORT
3. HEALTH CERTIFICATE : Which is PCR test taken recently. I heard someone people just uploaded statement (like in WILLINGNESS TO COVER HEALTH COSTS INDEPENDENTLY.docx) But for safe side I uploaded PCR.


Once application is received you need to print out the payment receipt from email and go to BNI, BRI you need to have 150 USD money and 200,000 IDR Once paid take a receipt scan and save it with you.

Since we are not in Indonesia we asked some family to pay for us.

Bro when i uploaded all the documents like Bank statement, passport identity and cover and my pic , marriage certificate. After then when click done and send . Then the message display above
All the documents are mandatory to upload. Can I have your mobile number if i can talk with you on this matter.

Thanks bro i already submitted the document, actually i forget to upload the CNI. already submit the fees 200k by mobile banking and now where to submit the 150 USD. Should I have to go to bank for that? Because it's can't process online by m banking

Ask someone in Indonesia to do it for you. Later remember when you reach there you need to spend 2.5m IDR again to convert VITAS to ITAS (KITAS).

Brother I'm already in Indonesia(Bima). I will go to bank on Monday morning and deposit the money there and please be with me and help me for all this.
