Who drinks (alcohol)? Why or why not?
I do. Have a few with dinner. If im out for dinner with family and its available i will. Mrs doesnt drink but that nothing to do with religion. Go and see other expat at his resto we get on it. Idul Adha or Eid al-Adha
My son is getting a goat sacraficied in his name for the kampung. He wont be watching it. Maybe the piss poor attitude to animals is because of the spectacle of an animal thrashing around gushing blood desensitises the ppl? Yep the whole place smells of blood.- Bowsaw

Why is there no middle ground for used cars? Seems to be new, under 5ish yr old for not much less than new then it seems to drop to old bangers. Or is it just in Jawa Timur?- Bowsaw

Banning Booze on the agenda again?
To many higher ups have a finger in one or more pies revolving around booze. My guess is there will be a token law, like the mini mart one, that will fade into obscurity to satisfy the whingers. Love to know who actually owns/has a finger in the brewery near Surubaya.- Bowsaw
