Has anyone had experience in letting go their Indonesian Citizenship and fill Permohonan Pelepasan Kewarganegaraan Republik Indonesia? Can you share the process, difficulties and time frame. Thank you

I did it the 'cowboy' way (through my ex-agent AND expensive...) which I don't recommend you do....but i think the proper way is to go to the AHU website and fill out some kind of form and possibly need to ask for a letter from your Indonesian consulate in the country where you stayed for a while (out of indonesia) that is if I'm not mistaken. Had a friend who did it and only had to pay 500rb if I remember vaguely for administrative fee.
