I am pro-vaccine, however, nuance is permitted. If I had healthy children in this age group I would not vaccinate them if they had previously had Covid. If they haven't had Covid, I would check with an antibody test, and if no antibodies present I would vaccinate them.

The “government” program now is to get 5-11 yo (kids) vaccinated. i came accross this article earlier. It wil be difficult to justify mandated vaccine for children if pandemic near end. …. I am now waiting for another wave of new covid. So it will be justified.

If you look at individual cases you can always find discrepancies. Fortunately you have statistics available now with hundreds of millions of samples. But you go ahead and keep trying to find the one or two cases that support your theories.

Because it is only one or two that I can find online. If I told you I knew 5 people died (misterious cause) within 2 weeks after the vaccination, you wont believe me.

Btw, I do not stop people to get vaccinated. I too had them done (because I have to). But please be vigilant and keep your curiousity as we are dealing with “unknown” virus.

I am sure the people who lost loved ones, and those who suffer long-term debilitating effects are well comforted that their experience is nothing but a small blip to you.

The wording always amuses me (in a dark humour way) - we all "eventually" pass away vaccine or no, maybe they could say it straight- risk an earlier death.

On this, I agree. I wish everyone would adopt "postponed a death" instead of "saving a life", because clearly the first is far more accurate.

Last from me to get people to think, why mandated vaccine is a bad idea, unless the ones who pushes it know something that we dont.

Regular vaccine is made by injecting a dead virus or weakened live virus to our body, so our body can recognize the virus and develop immunity without risking us to get a real sickness. Vaccine should not give us a side effect the same as the illness itself.

Sinovac was developed with these type of technology, the common and traditional. But, proven in Indonesia. It did not work as it should. There were many people died even after having 2 dose of sinovac. Mostly those who worked in the hospital.

Pfizer and others use new MRNA technology that have not been gone through enough clinical study, hence FDA was only giving approval for “emergency use”. Since it was approved, FDA has put 2-3 more side effect warning on the vaccine, where we must sign acceptance before receiving the vaccine.

So, in my opinion, for those who want to get the vaccine go ahead. But mandating the vaccine that is still under clinical test is just not appropriate and mean.

At First, they said we all will be safe if we take vaccine. And then, they found out that we still can be positive. They said again, we will not get sick. Not long after, they found out you too can be severely ill. And they said it will prevent death. But people die. They said it because they have health conditions or the vaccine hasn’t kicked in yet but isn’t that what happened in the first place? People die of covid because of existed health conditions and old age?

And they found out that after vaccinated you still can spread covid, to the vaccinated and unvaccinated.. but why now the unvaccinated get the blame?

And with the time and more people get vaccinated they found more and more side effects of the vaccine. I wonder what will they find in 5 years?

So, go ahead for those who wants to get vaccine, but leave those who doesnt want to get vaccine alone.

If you are worry that some people with health conditions who are unable to get vaccine can get infected by the unvaccinated.. remember.. all of you can spread the virus too .. vaccinated or unvaccinated.
