I am glad with this conversation. Learned a lot about international medical insurances. So different with medical insurances in Holland, where everybody "harus" have an medical insurance. And everybody must be accepted by the provider(s) and no hassle with sending in claims because (almost) all insurances
are direct billing. Premium is for all people (young or old) the same, around 125 euro. Good health system in Holland where long term illness is also free treatment. Paid by government (from tax). Cost of medical care in Holland around 90 miljard euro ( in English its I think billion). Thats almost half of all the money collected by the goverment.
