Jakarta - The Government published regulation Number 30 of 2026 concerning Types and Tariffs on Types of Non-Tax State Revenues Applicable to the Ministry of Law. PP is one of them to regulate citizenship services and the implementation of new tariffs.

The PP 30/2026 document can be downloaded from the official website of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The new rule will take effect on August 1, 2026.
