Extended SIX weeks more

I have seen dozens / hundreds complaining today about the implementation of this through the govt app etc,, it crashed, it doesn't work, it doesn't accept info, info stored is wrong and people not allowed entry, so expect it to be fixed / removed this week

Another cock up. Meanwhile lets get Louis Vuitton to do our next uniforms

According to the mall @ChrisTex posted above, even with your US vaccination you need a negative antigen test within 1 day of entering the mall. Also, if you're under 12 or over 70 you can't come in at all, even if you're triple-vaccinated and wearing a hazmat suit.

I have not seen this in government regulations, so it may simply be a rule of that one mall.

Probably just a rule for that particular mall. If it wasn't shared in a WA group, I would never have known about it either.

Some of these rules and regulations are getting out of hands.

I am going to test out Central Park Mall tomorrow and see what happens there.

Your NIK is found on your SKTT if you're on KITAS or KTP-OA if you're on KITAP.
Thanks, I found my NIK. It didn't work on the app at first, but then it worked after restarting my phone (for anyone else having that issue). But it seems this app is not what I need, since I was already vaccinated outside Indonesia.

I'll try going to a supermarket in the mall later and update. Hopefully my US vaccine card is enough, and I won't need a QR or antigen result. We'll see.

The requirements to go shopping are not reasonable or logical. Vaccinated people can get and spread COVID-19 the same as non-vaccinated people. This seems like an idea someone took from France.

So far today GI and Taman Ang have softened it to vaccine OR negative pcr test

Common sense prevails
Rupiah wins

Not card. There's a govt app you have to download and register etc and then that gives you a QR barcode and that's what they scan. But it's not working today. Hence etc etc

Penduli-indulgi or something else memorable.

Yep...that app is crap. I got the text containing the certificate which has the QR code..but I'm afraid it's a dummy QR...I hope not. It would suck if I drive all the way to Grand Indo/Plaza Indo to find out that my QR code doesn't work....we'll see.

And then have to spend 800rb on a swab and have to come back later just to access the mall

The app is not working for anyone in my household including my Indonesian wife. Hasn't worked since it came out. The app will load and can login but will not retrieve vaccine certificates. Still haven't received the link to the certificate for our 2nd dose of the vaccine yet even though it has been almost 3 weeks. Hard to prove anything when none of the resources provided work.

We tried the app etc at the mall today, I have no idea if it worked or not but the woman who was assisting the large queue of people who were all perplexed by it just looked at our certificates (I printed them off in case of 'emergency', our vax cards & our ID cards) & waved us in.
The mall was open but barely any shops were open, luckily M&S was... & I got what I wanted from there- with a 1 juta discount too, so a nice bonus. We didn't bother looking at any other shops we'd had enough... we then went to the supermarket- no checks at all other than the old temp check. Go figure.

Went to two malls today and yesterday. Sunter Mall, probably being a small mall...not too strict. Three securities standing at the gate politely asking for vaccine card. Didn't check too closely. I was in after showing my card (printed SIM style).

Went and got a haircut...not in the mall itself, but a Johnny Andrean attached to the building. Was asked for a vaccine card AND a KTP...AND a phone number.

Went to MOI after the haircut....slightly more strict with a couple police officers watching. Showed my vaccine screenshot, security said to download the apps. I said, I did but it didn't work...and I showed him, that I clicked the text straight from pedulilindungi, he didn't feel like arguing with me probably...even before he looked at it, he just said "Siap pak....silahkan" so...in I went.

Next one to try....Artha Gading and MKG.

If anybody has any experience with Plaza Indo and Grand Indo, please share.

I've just been to Mall Artha Gading and all I had to do to enter was check in by scanning the QR code using the Peduli Lindungi app.

Just back from Central Park and all they had me do was use the QR code to check in and out, nothing else. Normally the security by the entrance I go to does not thing, but sit around(before and after covid). Today they had two people there when I went to help people with the app and they would point where to go and what to press.

Honestly, I was a bit surprised that the app actually worked. I was expecting it to crash like the eHAC app.

The app also works perfectly for me. I don't understand why it works so smoothly for us and not for others.

It's definitely intermittent....I tried it again today re-downloading the app again and since my home internet is down, I tried using my phone's data and timed the OTP....took about five minutes with me walking around the house thinking probably it's my phone reception, but I finally got in....then I looked in the 'akun' to find my certificates...it briefly still had that 'certificate unavailable' then maybe it could hear me curse under my breath...three seconds later, voila! It pulled up. Tested it again by pressing the 'back' briefly it went 'no certificate available' and then asked me to enter my NIK, etc. I went back to the 'akun' again...and it's there. LOL maybe they're just trying to have fun with us....I mean, just like they say if you laugh about it, maybe your immune will be higher...and maybe you won't need a booster shot after all!

I am surprised it is even working at all. I was telling my wife yesterday about the new requirement and how the app wasn't going to work based on my experience with ehac. In this case, I am happy to be proven wrong.

I do have a copy of the vaccine certificates saved in my photos as a backup.

OK looking at a video on entering malls with QR code...now I admit I have been misunderstanding this QR thing a bit....I've always thought that we'd show our vaccine card to the security and they scan OUR card and let us in (kinda I've seen in a couple videos in Singapore of people putting up their card to an automatic reader in a hawker center).

Turned out that we actually scan the pedulilindungi/mall's QR code with our peduli's app. So it won't necessarily show our info to anybody, but it'll still track our existence there...as the youtube video shows say we're person number 250 out of 2,000 in that mall...so i guess if we're at number 2001 then the security will say we have to wait until somebody gets out...

Will try to test it sooner or later...
