    I have been lucky, having credit cards delivered from Chase bank in the US using FedEx. Never got hit up for taxes, delivered straight to my house and have had 3 different sets mailed over in the past 2 years.

    I processed a c317 in 2021 and used a foreign bank account with no problem to verify funds. If you are applying offshore there wouldn't be an expectation for you to have an Indonesian bank account open yet.

    Ubud is overcrowded with enclave of Russian areas where they have leased buildings and are subletting them villas and apartments to other Russians with their own illegal stores, services etc with some underworld elements in control. Traffic is terrible, the old charm is long gone.
