So this tells, old doesn't mean mature. Her respond to stress and being under pressure is inappropriate. She tried to show power with money but failed then got frustrated and showed aggression.

It's the rather passive response from the police officer that interests me. Is it because he understands he's being filmed, is it that he can't show any aggression towards a woman as it would demean him in the eyes of his colleagues, is it a respect thing...

It's odd to me that the officer doesn't show any annoyance, or act in any way that you might expect a person enforcing the law to act. If I bit a police officer in Indonesia, my treatment would be vastly different, I'd wager.

maybe they (police officers) are well trained to process crime with appropriate law instead of harmful action. It's on the news that the lady was reported by the police and processed by law.
I also think maybe it's because of the respectful thing, that old women are associated by motherhood and should be respected. He didn't want to get cursed and become a stone like the Malin Kundang story.

Human bites can be really serious! While rabies specifically might not be a concern, you're absolutely right that medical attention is warranted. I don't believe in overuse of antibiotics, but this is a case where a shot might not be a bad idea.
