Visa application problem

Dear forum,

I’m doing visa c317 application. I’ve been trying for 3 days now, I have problem when I submit the documents it says all the main documents has to be uploaded. I’m sure I have already uploaded the documents, I have checked it many times to make sure it has been uploaded, but when I submit it still says all the main documents has to be uploaded. Has anyone ever face this problem? Any adivce is appreciated.

Spouse visa. When i applied the remaining quota was around 1000. So it is not possible that quota was finish for the day

Occasionally I've found some websites repeat requests to upload documents if your image file sizes are too big. If you've taken a high resolution photo, scan or copy of your document/s, take a screenshot of those high res images and try upload again.

I'm not saying this is the issue, but it's been problematic for me in the past.

Are your documents the right file type? They may only accept certain types. It should tell you somewhere.

I found it asked for some docs that were not needed in my situation and other times asked for the same or similar documents under a different headline. I just uploaded duplicate documents to make sure something was uploaded into every slot, even if not needed as it would not accept without every item being uploaded regardless if needed or not.

Just upload duplicate files in any of the other sections until it accepts your application.
