How was the coconut flour hamburger buns? That looked pretty decent. I've made a few different low carb stuff myself. Have yet to make a decent burger buns or bread. No terrible consequence but did trigger some cravings the next day.

You definitely eat good..how often do you eat out? I know Bali got quite a lot of nice restaurants (stayed there for 5 days which is not enough for me..)Back to childhood for breakfast.... bread with butter and chocolate granule.
