What did happen was a dud by any assessment of a "coup". One person directly killed and it was an unarmed, female protester. Remember the media telling the story about the police officer that was attacked and killed that turned to be completley false? I disagree that he will try something. Even his own chief of staff was reigning him in when he was in office. No way he get's enough legit support for a major operation. I can't believe you would use the name Trump and organzied in the same sentence. Chaos I buy with Tump I buy, orgainzed anything not so much.

Well, if he wins it will be thanks to the American people....

But, on the other hand, if I had to choose between Biden and Trump I would choose Trump.
 
And if he does win I don't want to hear any complaints, you voted him in, you deal with it

First time ok maybe "new" guy etc
But now? Come on if the majority (even not the popular one) vote him in then they deserve every thing they get - he will totally destroy USA for decades

Economies go up and down whoever is leading and for many reasons POTUS can't control
But the rest of it - he already admits it will be nasty vindictive revenge

Now contraception is banned, so is abortion, what you supposed to do? Literally IDGAF lol

They said he would ruin it last time but so far Biden has done much worse for the working class people. All the democrats had to do was give a better choice than Biden and they decided not to.

Contraception or abortion was never banned, the choice was given back to the states where it always should have been. It was never codified at a federal level. Most people I know are pretty sensible on abortion and I think I'm included in them. The biggest problem is that abortion has become the leading method of birth control, Check the numbers. They are rarely being used in rape, incest or health cases. Most often just for convenience. There has to be a line somwhere in the sand and the not the two extremes that each party is pushing towards.

Abortions hurt a lot (pill or surgical) - if MOST are using it as a form of contraception then they are either stupid or can't afford contraception. I highly doubt this is actually the case and pretty sure its a combination of lack of education and poverty in the vast majority cases. Abortion restrictions always impact on poor women the most, easy demographic to punch down on.
Contraception hasn't been banned...yet - some of the crazies seem to want to do that.

The problem is that the other viable candidate is also a disaster, with his own set of critical faults which will bring lasting harm if he wins. So the electorate is between the devil and the deep blue sea to put it politely.

This "by state" thing, not only for abortion, sometimes puzzles me.
At the end it leads to some US citizens have more rights / freedom than others depending on the state they live in, no ?
You will answer "they can always move" but for most people it is not that easy.

Given the mayhem created when Trump declared he had been robbed at the last election to use the term "blood bath" is a very careless use of the phrase even if he meant he was talking about the economic state of the country.

What a choice for Americans. A raving, malicious Trump or Biden? Just saw Biden walking at a ceremonial occasion on the TV news. His stilted manner is as if he were wound up but of the two I would not be choosing Trump.
 
Religion or religious motives (forgot the word) beliefs should not be part of the constitution

Just because some Catholics disagree on it doesn't mean abortion should be banned for the whole country

If you look at it the way the US was initially founded you will see it more clearly. The fedeal government was to be very limited in power and scope. Before the Civil War, no one was American, they were from the Great State of VA, for example. Think more of the US as being the EU and each state being it's own country and you will get the idea more clearly. Hard to get a state to join your union if you are just going to let the big cities shove everything down their throats. It is and always has been a republic.

As far as moving, that is an option. People are fleeing CA right now and going to Texas and FL. No one is held agaist their will any more than they have ever been. If it's that important to you, you will find a way. Even the homeless get from state to state.
