Did you notice the following stated in your BCA credit card statement recently?

BCA menyampaikan data debitur terkait dengan fasilitas debitur di BCA sesuai ketentuan OJK/BI/BDN Pemerintah lainnya

If BCA is now sharing data & information about credit card use with OJK (Financial Service Authority), BI (Central Bank) and BDN Pemerintah lainnya (other government bodies), does it mean BCA is now directly or indirectly sharing it with Ditjen Pajak (tax office)? I remember the decision (to share) was cancelled last year due to significant drop in credit card use after the announcement. Some people are afraid of being questioned by the tax office if they spend more than they earned. Nevertheless, some don't have a corporate card so they use their personal card on behalf of the company (expenses reimbursed later, of course).

& we have 1 family with a mum & 6 siblings & respective inlaws & friends & none of them have a bank account, so you can imagine who has to do any bank transfers- in or out. & I'm pretty sure we are representative of many families in Indonesia- so using a bank account as a means to track 1 person's income/expenditure for the tax office would really be an exercise in pointlessness- if they want a true picture.
