I am having some problems with Pay Pal since I wanted to refund some money. We have a pay pal account with two currencies, american dollars and australian dollars ( we are a Foundation, non for profit organization, getting some donations trough pay pal).
It seems they are charging us a lot money as well because of the refund or the change of currency. I am getting mad with this, I am not a English speaker person and to be honest not very good on mathematics or computers neither.
I think they are doing somethings wrong, I already contacted them, write emails to them, they replied to me with not clear information and not answering what I am asking and sometimes not reply emails and I have to send them again and again, once a man from Malaysia called me trying to convince me not to refund the money but finally I asked him to refund it on the phone and what he didn't tell me is there was charge as well involve for refund the money as much as the comission to receipt the money.............I need to understand what is happening for my mental health!
