Online ITAP extension - any experience?

The Ditjen Imigrasi announced that foreigners stuck out of Indonesia can now request ITAP extension online at the address: https://izintinggal-online.imigrasi.go.id/Using_Guidance/caraPendaftaran.xhtml

Has anybody used SUCCESFULLY this system? Are there any instructions or guidance available somewhere?

Did you try? That link is specifically guidance and how to use the system

Yes immigration is already back open for processing and from 16th the quota also reopens for new applicants and for business visas to enter again
They have English website, IG and also WA just for future info

Are you serious? You couldn't find an easier guide.

It is 2 cartoon characters in uniform asking "yes" or "no" and IN ENGLISH


I did KITAP extenstions, 4 questions, then input name and passport number and click submit

That was it!! And the 4 questions were

Are (!!) this permit for ship and crew? (NO)
Entering Indonesia for emergency reason (NO)
Which ID do you have now KITAS KITAP ITK (click KITAP)

Passport number, gender, dob, name, submit

Done.. 47 seconds.

KITAP extension done online and in less than a minute? Am I understanding this correctly?? This applies to any KITAP extensions? So how about the payment? Is it done after the new KITAP is issued?

I also missed the "stuck out of Indonesia" part. Was really looking forward to less trips to Kanim. There has to be a way to make this work. Perhaps I could photograph myself sticking out of the center of a paper map while filling in the forms...

Same here. Reading too quickly...ah I don't have to worry about my KITAP extension yet..four more years to go still.
MERP on the other hand, wasted about a few months already with very likely another few months down the drain..

Not getting out of the country much, I've just been renewing the MERP when forced to do so. I think I got two years last time on my permanent KITAP. Doubtless they'll hit me up for two more years when I do the "check-in" at the five year mark.

Been busy the last few days.

I don't know if the esteemed member above has been particularly lucky or what, but after taking less than one minute to answer the four question that website presented me with, I got onto a page that asks me to upload a list of documents including letters from Kanwil etcetera.

That's the part I hoped to see clarifications about.
