There is no Booster Vaccine has been mentioned here
Those intending to buy a “visa on arrival” should:

1. install the Peduli Lindungi mobile application
2. show proof of a full course of vaccination (travellers under 18 years old or those who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons are exempt)
3. show proof of negative RT-PCR test taken maximum 2 x 24 hours prior to departure
4. if needing to self-quarantine, show proof of payment for hotel accommodation
5. if recovered from COVID-19 fewer than 30 days prior to departure, you are exempt from the requirement to show proof of vaccination and negative RT-PCR prior to departure. However, you will be required to take a RT-PCR test upon arrival and show the recovery certificate from a hospital in your country of origin
6. show proof of health insurance which covers COVID-19 and medevac (I understand this is stand for Medical Evacuation ?) Is this item needed to be mentioned in the travel insurance policy ??
7. undergo a temperature check upon arrival and, if showing COVID-19 symptoms and / or a temperature above 37.5 degrees, a RT-PCR test. If negative, fully vaccinated travellers can continue their journey

two different things.
the first is entry requirement to visit Indonesia,
the second is travelling requirement in the country - for booster vax, no requirement for RAT or PCR.

They are both accurate with no contradiction. The first is for international arrivals into Indonesia. The second is for domestic travel within Indonesia.

I will let the board know if there any problems with our 60 tourist visa application as soon as we here from the Indonesian Consulate in Chicago. We have not scheduled the test yet because the test locations will not let you book a time more that a week in advance; we hope to get the test the afternoon before we depart with the results emailed w/i a couple of hours.
Question: is the deadline 48 hours before departure or before arrival at CGK? Since we are in transit for 28.5 hours, could make a difference.

I'm still trying to figure out how the single dose Johnson & Johnson is evaluated by the airline/airport staff. My PeduliLindungi is now set up. Went to the https://vaksinln.dto.kemkes.go.id/ website and registered my vaccine. It asked what type, and selected Johnson & Johnson. Next day went into the PeduliLindungi, and claimed the certificate. All went smoothly, except the "Vaccine Ticket" shows that I have the "First Vaccine", and not showing that it counts for the equivalent of two. I will of course bring my physical vaccine card showing that it was a Johnson & Johnson, and either hopefully it will be understood, or I can explain.

My trip will go to Jakarta (from Houston), and we have one night booked in the new Terminal 3 Anara Hotel. Then we've got reservations on Garuda the next day for our trip to Solo. The trip is still a couple months away, so things could change again. However, there are a lot of dependencies here that would have a domino effect. If we arrive, and the airport staff determines that we are single dose, and it doesn't matter whether it was J&J or otherwise, then we have to quarantine for 5 days in Jakarta somewhere (probably not the airport hotel). Even if we don't get quarantined, then there is the domestic flight. Looks like we would need the PCR test. We will have one from our International journey, but may have to get another in the airport (which I assume they offer). If we do get quarantined for the 5 days, it's not a show stopper, but will be an unpleasant hassle.

I've looked everywhere about the Johnson & Johnson specifics, but can't find anything official that clarifies.

I understand COVID-19 coverage is required for Non ID residence when arriving in Indonesia. If you already have annual multi trips travel insurance that has included COVID-19 coverage, do you still need to purchase COVID-19 to travel to Indonesia ?
Does this one meet the Indonesian COVID-18 requirement ??

"Cover for specific Covid-19 related events: up to the amounts shown in your policy schedule under Section 1 and Section 2 for; emergency medical treatment and repatriation if you contract
Covid-19 abroad; for cancelling your trip if you are diagnosed with Covid-19 within the 14 days prior to your trip departure or the hospitalisation or death of a close relative within the 14 days prior
to your trip departure, as a result of Covid-19 (Cover is subject to your policy being active at the time of the event and a positive medically approved test)."
