Here is a post from me that I stole:

Ísi perubahan dari SE No. 15 ini:

Content changes from SE No. 15:

1. No more Quarantine for those who have 2x, 3x Vaccines
2. Quarantine remains valid for PPLN which only has 1x Vaccine, 5x24 Hours Quarantine
3. PCR on arrival is still applicable - Payment (Personal)
4. Directly to the Hotel, Home Address
5. Can only go out to public places after receiving a negative PCR test result.

we'll back home end of April; confirmed QA flight
I heard they are considering to remove PCR on arrival, we'll see. both of us 3 vax,

I saw a post the other day about PCR test on Arrival Airport.. it was disaster according to some passengers, there were only 2 ppl doing the PCR and the queue was miles long and took ages to get out of airport.
Anyone can confirm this?

LMFAO .. the joke is so funny! F me!! 🤭 Hubby is planning to fly back on 20th April. Hope by then this “ ridiculous chaos/lack of preparation” is /will be improved. 🤞

Give us a "heads up" on your husband's experience at CGK. If we book a flight it will not be until the end of May when school dismisses for the summer.

If you book a flight? Wow, we booked mileage award flights in October.

You will see on his post if something odd happens. Can imagine all the zoo creatures will come out!! LOL

We are arriving May 26; have tickets and the visas application package is on its way to the Indonesian Chicago Consulate. Among other preparatory tasks, we need to find a cat-sitter willing to sign on for a two month's run.

Hope all goes well. We are arriving the same week, if we don’t run into any hiccups.

Already had to spend a lot of hours on the phone last montn straightening out award flights that the airline had changed. Sadly, stuck on AA metal to NRT instead of my favorite JAL.

I have not been following the new visa rule since COVID-19 pandemic. I wonder is Visa on arrival, Visa waiver countries are still suspended ??

Still weeks away. Could be fully open. Or becoming a Shanghai relapse God forbid. Or Gods. Or The God. Or A God

we will be traveling in a week by QA, most direct flight PHC to JKT with less than 20 hours including 2 hours transit in Doha, not cheap though, equal to new Avanza for both of us biz class.

Is this correct, or just it has not been updated ?? Or the information below in the flyer is only applicable to those who are arriving in Bali ?
There is no Booster Vaccine has been mentioned here
Those intending to buy a “visa on arrival” should:
  1. install the Peduli Lindungi mobile application
  2. show proof of a full course of vaccination (travellers under 18 years old or those who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons are exempt)
  3. show proof of negative RT-PCR test taken maximum 2 x 24 hours prior to departure
  4. if needing to self-quarantine, show proof of payment for hotel accommodation
  5. if recovered from COVID-19 fewer than 30 days prior to departure, you are exempt from the requirement to show proof of vaccination and negative RT-PCR prior to departure. However, you will be required to take a RT-PCR test upon arrival and show the recovery certificate from a hospital in your country of origin
  6. show proof of health insurance which covers COVID-19 and medevac (I understand this is stand for Medical Evacuation ?) Is this item needed to be mentioned in the travel insurance policy ??
  7. undergo a temperature check upon arrival and, if showing COVID-19 symptoms and / or a temperature above 37.5 degrees, a RT-PCR test. If negative, fully vaccinated travellers can continue their journey
There is no Booster Vaccine has been mentioned here
So it is contradictory with this ?

They are both accurate with no contradiction. The first is for international arrivals into Indonesia. The second is for domestic travel within Indonesia.
