Does anybody know the leaving requirements if you're leaving Indonesia on an international flight but going to Jakarta first?

I will be leaving from Bali but need to go to Jakarta first and only plan on staying in the airport until my second flight.

I found this article but it may be outdated. It mentions that I will be okay with a negative PCR and don't need the vaccine (which I don't have).

Which airline from Bali to Jakarta? Check with that airline to make sure

Domestic flights to/from Java and Bali (departures from all islands to Java & Bali and departures from Java and Bali to all islands):
o a. under 5 years old are not required to vaccinate & PCR (children under 5 years old are not expected to travel unless there is an urgent need)
o b. 5 years old - 12 mandatory PCR 2x24 hours. (vaccines excluded)
o c. Age 12 - Seniors must be vaccinated and PCR 2x24 hours.
o Domestic travelers who cannot be vaccinated for certain reasons, must attach a certificate from a specialist doctor/official agency stating that they cannot be vaccinated.
o Travelers who have connecting (outbound) international flights within 1x24 hours transit time, do not need a Vaccine certificate (but do need PCR test 2x24 hours).

This is the current regulation for international travel, it gives vaccine exemption for foreigners who are making a domestic flight in order to make their international flight leaving Indonesia: https://covid19.go.id/storage/app/m...andemi-corona-virus-disease-2019-covid-19.pdf

The first and third paragraphs (v. and 2.) on the 4th page are the exemption, print the document, highlight those paragraphs, and bring it with you to the airport. If you do not understand the Indonesian language there, run it through Google Translate also so you are confident in what it says.

They may want to see your reservation for the international flight happening with a reasonable transit time in Jakarta. The regulation says you are not permitted to leave the airport area in Jakarta, so if your international flight is the next day they may also wish to see a hotel reservation at a hotel within the airport area.

I flew direct out of jkt to England in July. They only checked the PCR test at the check in desk. International flights didn’t even need validation like normal domestic. No interested at all in vaksin certificate.
