Also the post #30 which is the response to Post #27 is about hunger, not about malnutrition. Malnutrition can affect the middle class as well. Just consider anorexic catwalk models. The key difference is that, for the middle class, this kind of malnutrition is often a choice and can usually be reversed at any time.
