In fact, there are two individuals involved: Rizal Sampurna and Iwan Sahab, according to recent news reports. These are just a few that have been identified so far. Iwan was officially declared dead from a brain blood clot, believed to have resulted from a head injury. Additionally, according to his sister who received iwan's body and prepared it for the funeral, she noticed an incision on one side of his abdomen, raising suspicions that his kidney may have been removed.
Based on this report the Indonesian workers found dead in Cambodia in 2024 alone are 92 people. But what about the other Indonesians who may still be trapped in Cambodia or Myanmar? This is likely only the tip of the iceberg.
These criminal gangs are likely operating out of permanent or semi-permanent buildings, given their dependence on high-speed internet. This makes it easier to trace their locations. However, the core issue might be the will of doing this. They prefer to spend Rp280T for free meal for children rather than saving people like this. It may also lie in the lack of professionalism and effectiveness within Indonesian intelligence services. They could learn from Mossad, which, despite having fewer members, operates with remarkable efficiency.

Had the Intercontinental PP opened then? I rode there from the airport with our FSR (from Bordeaux btw) in the late 90's. The roads were all really rough cobblestones until we turned onto the street running in front of the IC. It was freshly paved and smooth as glass. I guess sometimes it's good to run a country, you can get your streets paved.I visited Cambodia in the mid 90's. It was the Wild West...Not that I disliked it, but you had to be streetsmart and on your guard.

A few years later I worked in Karen country on the (in)famous Yadana pipe line, bringing gas from offshore Myanmar to Thailand.
Pipe line construction going over the hills separating the two countries.
The Karen insurgency had already started but the people were all very nice.
And living in a base camp surrounded by two fences of barbed wire was not a problem. Whisky at the clubhouse was 50 ct !

But the "organized" visits for international human right groups or press were comedy gold....
I was even contacted by a French TV channel to participe in some debate, which I gently declined.

You are talking about two totally separate situations. One is food for hungry children, and the other, Adults that went abroad seeking work in foreign countries. Children don't have a choice about Hunger! Adults that leave Do! Maybe you should be asking the core question. Why are these people leaving Indonesia, and seeking work elsewhere? Did they know what they were getting into, and taking the chance, for a better income?
Also suggesting the Mossad is an organization to be looked up too? They are a ruthless Special Ops Unit, from The Israel Military, who at the moment are committing Genocide on thousands of innocent Men, Women, and Children, in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria! And using the words together Military Intelligence is a Oxymoron!

If I were a member of the Karen Tribe, like the Native American Tribes, over the Keystone pipeline. I would be really angry with this pipeline installation also! I'm sure as most projects like this around the World, the Poor People living in the way, are treating Terribly, and their land just taken from them, with a pittance of Monetary return! It's always the same story. The People standing up against the Project, Military, or Government are called Terrorist, Criminals, Gangs, Murderers, Etc. Educational department already has the Biggest budget allocation. This Rp280T is just for free meal for school children alone. On the top of that there are still other regular core educational budget for all levels, from elementary school to higher education. This free meals for school children alone has already taken 38.7% of the total educational budget. Have you ever seen in other countries where free meals for school children take 38.7% of the total national educational budget ???????. Also the main concern here is that this big budget is not necessary used for free meal for children. Learning from the past experience, it is highly likely will end up in the pocket of adults in all levels, including their own teachers, principals, contractors, distributors, etc you name it. It's important to understand the facts and do some research before making uneducated comment.

So they should have easily known about October 7th and prevented it if that is what they really wanted? Giving out pagers and walkie talkies that can explode at any time even if a child is holding it doesn't seem very effective in keeping down collateral damage but that is not really Israel's thing anyway.

Mossad along with CIA, MI6 are frequently ranked as the top 5 Intelligence Agencies in the World in many authoritative international literature, news coverage.

I never claim otherwise. Also the post #30 which is the response to Post #27 is about hunger, not about malnutrition. Malnutrition can affect the middle class as well. Just consider anorexic catwalk models. The key difference is that, for the middle class, this kind of malnutrition is often a choice and can usually be reversed at any time.
