I'm not entirely sure how a bus driver doesn't notice a big plane in his path.

The Boeing 737-86J was parked at the apron No.35 at the Bangkok airport when the passenger bus hit its nose and the front left part at 10.55pm,

Obviously, value of a bus is much less from that of a plane, hence plane is at fault. Everyone knows that.
