But thankfully my landlord didn't ask for 2 years upfront in cash hahahaha
Actually I was expecting to pay annually but she said if I want to pay monthly I can. So I do. She even pays for the maid. But I also top up the maid 's salary and said she can come 2x a week no need 3x (2 hours a time). But she smart, she leaves the laundry outside to dry but comes back later to bring it in. I think she cleans some other places around me anyway.
I live alone and I'm one of those people who a) is clean and b) has a quick tidy up before she comes hahaa. She even makes me a coffee if she sees me crawling out of my bed to greet her. Or if my door is closed she won't disturb me. She just does her sh*t then leaves.
