If you are looking for a forwarder to Indonesia I found it rather hard to find a reliable one from the USA, I use one from Singapore she purchases from the USA, pays the 7% GST to SIN and forwards duty free to Indonesia and sends via grab to your house/apartment. I do enjoy LG and if you have issues the customer service in Jakarta is great. Samsung as well, I have a 55 inch OLED and I love it! and a 65 inch LG in the living room, Apple tv 4K for both rooms and first media for TV, most of the new TV's have 1GB LAN ports so CAT 7 to my router works great...- nbailey

Exactly, and to be honest they did help me a lot especially with the issues afterwords with the SKTT problem and my name. So for me it was worth it, basically my wife had to fly home urgently family issues and I needed to stay here and stay with our son. I couldn't deal with not being allowed...- nbailey

it has changed a lot over the years, 15 years ago I am sure it was cheaper and more beautiful. But still one of my favorite places. I know Taxi Indonesian, and numbers for the most part. not at all, no problem. He can speak a bit of Romanian, English, Bahasa to an acceptable level after 4 years. In Cyprus he was very good at Greek but it is mostly gone. My wife however is the star with 7 languages.- nbailey

I had a really hard time finding info to get vaccinated, gov website said no availability, siloam said no availability even Kemang opened a few days for it but no availability. A friend of ours used the service from [email protected], it's a little expensive than the option mentioned...- nbailey

I found this rather interesting. And I am glad I am not the only one with this opinion. I don't drive, had a driver for a year and it was horrible, never had a maid my wife does a rather good job. I have learned over the years to just let it go and now am very friendly with my local blue bird...- nbailey
