One of my Indonesian friends got on his motorbike and drove through Tanah Abang early this morning (4am) to have a look and to post on his instagram. It looked calm but an absolute mess - stuff burning all along the road and people wandering around like a zombie movie.
I notice today on google maps all the roads in that area are closed.

Yeah I know some people there who locked themselves up and can obviously not leave their house.

Many apartment buildings and super blocks (Taman Anggrek etc.) are in lockdown btw; for two days there are no bigger deliveries allowed, no pickup trucks allowed in, ...
