In the mean time, the situation around the FPI becomes more explosive by the day. The fact they need to renew their license doesn't really help. A website Change.org was created to get support and have a petition for forbidding this renewal.

And in the meantime, statements by (ex) leaders of Indonesia's Intelligence Service BIN were also rather provocative. It was pointed out that people with Arab descent had done a lot for the country, but that the leaderships of these groups which have a big influence on the countries' extremist groups are somewhat of a 'rotten apple' in that community. I think you're right, even if the Minister of Interior Affairs stated opinions as these would be included as factor in the determination.

With 75% of the votes counted, the difference between both candidates is approx. 14.2 million which means (still a) 12.5%. At this pace, it seems there will be an unbridgeable difference in a couple of days...

Kivlan Zen, a retired military officer who used to be an adjudant of Prabowo, has been one of the very vocal persons claiming there has been major fraud in the voting process.

He's also one of the instigators of the recent demonstrations at KPU etc. But he himself was not seen at the demonstrations.

Kivlan tried to take a plane to Brunei today (via Batam) but the police prohibited him to fly, he got intercepted while waiting in T3 of the airport.

There have been official complaints about him and he is suspected of spreading false information and .....treason ?

Worse than Kivlan, is obviously someone like Eggi*. Together with loony Amien, who states the Constitutional Court is useless if they suspect fraud and that they should hit the streets right away. Someone like that really should be put away. But because of history, that man is almost untouchable.
