An administrative job would also most likely require fluent Indonesian skills.
Depending on how long you intend to stay in Indonesia and how your finances look, I might recommend that your wife consider accompanying you and looking at her time in Indonesia as an opportunity to accomplish something outside the paid work world - improve her credentials by getting another degree through a distance education program; throwing herself into some form of Indonesian studies; or even (obviously only if it is something you two have already talked about wanting to do) having a baby here, where she can inexpensively get lots of loving assistance.
If the two of you have "itchy feet" and are hoping to experience many years living abroad and teaching, it would be good to figure out a flexible lifestyle where sometimes one of you has the job and the other is the trailing spouse.
@ Euc- speaking as a poster, your post was kind of sexist and gross. I've known expat families torn apart here, with long term and very sad consequences, because hubby couldn't keep it in his pants when presented with the local temptations. There is nothing amusing about it. Encouraging that kind of behavior, even jokingly, is rather disrespectul.
