It is the prosecution demand: a two years probation and, if he offends again during his probation period, a one year jail sentence (pidana 1 tahun penjara dengan masa percobaan dua tahun).Perhaps my wife got it wrong, she just told me as I came in for a walk, perhaps that what the prosecution are asking, even that would be a year too much

A lot can depend on where you are relocating to in Indonesia. Not everywhere is radical cesspools like Jakarta.
Not necessarily. Some rural areas are not Muslim dominated. They are away from the Government seats where the radicals want to influence and they are away from the main stream media where the radicals want to see their names. They are also away from the financiers of their efforts to disrupt.I suppose, but I assumed that rural areas would be more conservative than the large city.
