So who's here

Don't want to derail this thread again but thought I should give an update.

I went to the doc about these apparent bites after they blistered up big time & turns out they're an allergic reaction to fish I ate
.
The first time I ate this same fish Iended up in & out of mild fever & headache for 2 days but didn't make the connection.

The second time I woke up looking like I'd been bitten by some insect on my arms & legs but still didn't connect it to the fish because no one else was effected & also because of my paranoia over recent experiences with biting insects which affected me in the same locations.

Okay, call me “Mr Dirty Blood†if you like, I've been called much worse but would rather think of myself as a victim of circumstance in that these insects & lumps of dead fish were just lucky to catch me at a point where the cycle of my immune system was naturally lowered.

The doc said the worst was over with the blistering & weeping almost finished, healing would soon begin, she gave some antihistamine

Good to hear you figured it out and are on the mend.

glad you're ok. Now I have another reason not to eat fish

Roy, Mas Fred and the Brigadier or Colonel or what ever rank he chooses were some of my favorites. Each very maddening in their own way, but I thought always highly entertaining.

Possibly restricting them to the Cage Room from the start would alleviate potential problems :behindsofa:

Does anyone know if marcus also has registered with this forum? His help in visa matters + banking was very valuable.

I think Marcus is staying over there, he didn't seem to agree with the uprising.

I'd also be surprised to see Marcus. I think he decided it was a matter of loyalty... and that he was going to be loyal.
