For a workshop is big job for a factory is small. Just change the dasboard and flip the steering and the semi front axles, move the pedals.

A factory assembly line is not equipped for that, except to set up a specific line. Only valid for huge qty of vehicles.
Note : I am a (retired) mechanic, cars and construction machinery. So I have a fair idea.....
