Suggestions for Expat Indo Forum

it is only on this website all my other https places are fine.

I am going with a reastart of the computer - see if that alters anything.
only thing any different is that I upgraded to the new system : sierra

but have been on that for a couple of days & not had issues until this afternoon abt 15;50 coinciding with a certain event over in thailand bizarrely enough.

I'm backagain- Safari is saying that it cannot guarantee safety.
Google is still playing at being my mum and forbids me to come out to play... I might try it thru a proxy but I doubt it will make a difference... if it does I shall let you know.
my damn printer just screwed up- says the filter failed - but I doubt it is relevant to this topic- merely mentioning it to illustrate how pee'd off I am with technology just now.

Oh & I am using XL as my net provider or what ever it is :)

ok thank you for the screenshot, I will investigate.

Btw, if you click "Advanced" on that Chrome error page, you can still reach the website.

So try this, open your Chrome and in the address bar, type:

chrome://components

then hit enter.

Under CRLSet, what does it say? If it's lower than 3308, please click "Check for Update".

Also, please check that your Google Chrome is up to date.

Actually, I think I got it. Check this out: https://twitter.com/globalsign/status/786505261842247680

Our SSL certificates are given by GlobalSign and they seem to be having some troubles and as per their Twitter, the issue is on-going.

I would recommend just using another browser or clicking "advanced" and ignore the warning until it's fixed on their end.

In the mean time, anyone who has the "Are you sure you want to leave this page" error, could you please test again and report? I've just tried another fix. Thank you.

Ok so I reverted that fix because clearly it was breaking things...

^^I was ... and now I am having problems again, which is why I'm not quoting your answer - it hangs again if I choose "reply with quote."

Aaarrrggghhhh this is so frustrating. Would you mind trying to clear your cache and see if it still happens?

Now I get "Your Connection Is Not Private.
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from expatindo.org" on Chrome.
This is the only site I get this message on.

Working fine on Opera.

It's a bug with globalsign, just click advanced and then there is a link to proceed. You can ignore the warning. They are fixing it, it will take a few days.

Now I can't access this forum with Edge (windows 10), get this message :

[h=2]There’s a problem with this website’s security certificate[/h]This might mean that someone’s trying to trick you or steal any information that you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

Go to my homepage instead
Continue to this web page (not recommended)
