Is it based on the fact that the authorities seized her van with filming equipment, and other materials in the raid ? In the news, there is no indication that they are children.

If this was the case under the principle of extraterritorial jurisdiction, which the UK law applies to certain serious offences, particularly those involving children, the UK nationals or residents taking part in that party would be chased by the British police.
