Can someone illuminate what this is about? First time I heard about this.

Referring to "Fact PT Zavia", 3 companies was named.

  • I'm having an independent PT PMA trading company who buys 85% of the stuff from our main factory overseas. Its at fair market rate. The rest is from other random countries which I buy directly.
  • In the akta, is 2 foreign companies (same as hq) names was used holding 99% and 1% shares. Both are none active companies, more like holding companies.
Do I really qualify because said companies have a lower corporate income tax?

------

My staff asked our non-formal accountant who does some small accounting about it and she suspects our main accountant just wants more money/business. So seeking independent confirmation from you guys.

They could be right though, I did see some required changes in the Country-by-Country reporting.

Perhaps this E&Y report has something useful to offer? (Or their consultants mentioned in the document?)

Wow, the cbcr is so extensive.
