Hi folks.
Early this year my agent informed me that PMA companies would no longer be allowed to operate using virtual offices. So I went looking for some rental property.
I have recently paid a 2 year rental for office space near where I live. The move requires the usual paperwork, notary and such.
I just received news from my agent that the notary is holding the paperwork pending a new law soon to be regulated saying that PMA companies must OWN their office property. Hmmm...
This has not been finalized yet so might not be an issue but if it becomes reality then will be a big problem for me.
Anyone have any info on this?
