Passenger removed from Citilink flight for smoking.Video.

An instagram video shows a man being removed last night from a plane waiting to leave Jakarta for Bali. The video description says he was smoking on the plane, while other media reports suggest he was smoking on the tarmac during refueling.

The other day I was witness to a man who thought he quite above a restaurant policy of no smoking inside, the self entitled chap causing quite a ruckus and being disgusted that an exception wasn't made for him in his need for a smoke.
