Nasi

We do eat breads, 2-3 times a week. We are not into keto. Typically my wife use whole wheat and or unbleached white flour or kamut flour if we can get it.
Her sourdough bread is good.
My carbs intake is still (relatively) high but I burn lot of calories every day.
Definitely not into keto myself (in general...as to qualify for Keto you can consume i think max of 30 grams...i barely survive on 100 let alone 30...should've called my bread 'low carb bread'...definitely not close to the real thing yet...and i've actually tested my glucose after eating sourdough...it seemed to not spike at all...maybe because i was eating it then walked it off at the mall...

I thought Keto was similar to 'tiger diet' and Atkinson etc? Eat as much as you want as long it's fat (so meat/egg/yoghurt/fish/dark chocolate) and avoid the carbs.

It's like a child's dream; eating the patty of the burger without the bun. Eat the (non sugar) spread without the bread. Of course very expensive here in this country. And people will not appreciate it if they invite you to a restaurant and you selectively pick out...I ate the full duck in Kamseng* while everybody was on Bubur**.

Surprisingly my glucose didn't spike that much when I had bubur on three separate occasions...I thought that because the rice is in softer form it's absorbed into the body much faster...so yippie at least i can still eat one of my favorite foods!

Can we say this keto?

Black Angus kofta, bell peppers, onions, mushroom, and one small potato, portion of two. So, very low carbs.
