MERP on KITAP

Pak/Ibu RT and Pak/Ibu RW are (as fa as I know ) elected community leaders to whom the city Government delegates some minor functions , like : residence statements , administering local : trash collect , security , ...

These were some of the required documents for being eligible for the Retirement e-ITAS/KITAS . There is now a new rule that does not require hiring 2 Indonesians anymore (by increasing the money you must have , from US$18'000 to US$36'000 per year) .
Where can I look up these new rules, without applying for the stay permit yet?

Below are the requirements for the Retirement Visa , but as usual , they are basically the same for the extension of e-ITAS/KITAS and for the KITAP too .

PerMen no.11 Year 2024
Article 61
(1) Application for a temporary stay visa for elderly aged 55 years or over ... who will stay for a maximum of 1 year is submitted by the foreigner or guarantor through an application ... by attaching:
a. Passport that is still valid for at least 6 months;
b. proof of guarantee from the sponsor;
c. proof of having living expenses for himself/herself and/or his/her family while in Indonesia;
Poster's Note : the evisa website says it should be minimum of US$2,000 per month
d. recent color photograph; and
e. other documents to explain the purpose/objective of the foreigner's arrival.
(2) Other documents as referred to in paragraph (1) letter e are in the form of proof of income or allowances with a value of US$3,000 per month.
