Thanks all, I've decided to just make my own.

I've ordered some tools and enough leather to have 2 or 3 abortive attempts along the way.

Perhaps I'll go on to building those bagpipes next

She'll be in a traditional Balinese outfit, me in traditional Scots; and yep, very much traditional in the 'going commando' sense.

It's fine though, kilts are long and made of enough heavy material to not be compromised by a stiff breeze !
