Ha, you got me - even I don't keep a sporran in my jungle pack! But tell your kilted friend not to give up the trek, Bali's expat network is surprisingly resourceful.

Thanks all, I've decided to just make my own.

I've ordered some tools and enough leather to have 2 or 3 abortive attempts along the way.

Perhaps I'll go on to building those bagpipes next
