What's a KTP-OA? What's a KK? What is even applying for them when no one knows what their doing? I bet, if I walked in with a juta in my hand I would have what I am supposed to have in a record manor. That just isn't going to happen. Screw them. The DINAS guy is all pissed off and whiny because I asked the Governor's office personnel for some assistance. Then when no one would still help a reporter from the local paper called him to get directions of just what I needed. Then, he denied talking to her and changed his requirements to whatever his underling that wants favors needs. I haven't told him yet I have a recording of that call. I'll save that in case I have to sweep him under the rug at some time.

2 or 3 working days in Manado in 2011 was the norm (but you'd better be aware of both the fees to be paid and the document to bring in). Nowadays it may even be less.

Unless it rained in manado or the system is down or its the end of the month.Than its a few more days but they do try. With new sytem alwas get a someone new to help you because the guys that have been there awhile dont know the online stuff as well as the kids.
I also dont have a problem with buying a lunch for someone that helps me. It dont cost much and they rember you the next time you dont know what your doing.

I just got a form to fill in from the kelurahan - wanted to know my academic level.
I saw it said on it WNI - mentioned this to hubby but he just said it is what they gave him & what they want filling in- not even got to Catatan Sipil yet... seems the powers that be round here are in no hurry, so neither am I. If anyone comes asking for it, my response will be it is still being processed. (almost a year on - hahah would be nice to have it before next May tho- then I will go for a longer date on my SIM A & SIM C

Just to add that if I they (<<the powers that be for such dreary matters) wanted to be arsey about it I could be arsey back & probably pull in a favour from on high... but seems my hubby would prefer me to leave him to it.
