KITAS EFF Retirement Visa

Just received my unlimited ITAP ...
Submitted 14/08 ... Received 14/09 ... Who said it was complicated ?

Just to clarify to people who will request an ITAS or ITAP :

a) How long it takes to get an ITAS or ITAP is not important as far as it is paid before the time limit (and payment now is at the beginning of the process) .

b) I did deal myself with the Indonesian Immigration in : more than 15 Visas , more than 50 Visit Stay Permits , 4 ITAS , 2 ITAS to ITAP , 1 ITAS sponsor change , ... ; some processes were annoying , but none was complicated .

c) At the end of each process I felt relieved sometimes , but not happy , because I knew I was eligible for and so I expected to get it .

They offer me to do the KTP and K.K. (Kartu Keluarga) for 1,5 jt.

Of course I said OK !

WOW 1.5jt . Just did mine myself , 20 minutes at the office , nice seafood pizza on the way home and they sent the new KTP and KK by J&T express 3 days later , 85,000rp for the pizza !!

Had a discussion about the ITAP agency cost with a Dutch guy who has the permanent retirement ITAP And Dutch, like Scots, are known to be tight with money.
Our conclusion : if you can afford it, go for it. If you can't, maybe you shouldn't be here to start with.
And he fully agreed with me that there is no way our visa depends on a Asian woman....

Just dropped my KTP and K.K. at my agent this morning.
Noticed a nice bottle of wine on her desk, pointed it out and she answered "gift from a customer"..

Is that what in English you call "a gentle reminder" ?

Not "most" , for the 1 year Retirement E33F Visa (which includes the KITAS) , the foreigner "must" hire a visa agent , but not all visa agents are authorized (probably the ones who offer the service can someway do it , if not authorized, by doing it in partnership with an authorized agent) .

There are two type of retirement Visa. It is not just E33F. but there is also E33E.

For E33F (Ex C319 under the old Index), you will need an agent as it will need a guarantor/sponsor.

But For E33E also known as Silver Hair Golden Visa, you do not need an agent. But it requires US$50,000 to be deposited in an Indonesian state-owned bank and you will get it for 5 years.

I was Gold on A.F. and E.K., can't win them all...
Anyway, Silver is better than grey !
