Hello everyone! Does anyone know if I can fly domestically Jkt-Bali without my passport on hand (it will be at an embassy)? I have a KITAS and an Indonesian driving license.
Would appreciate you sharing your experience!
Thank you for you reply, but what do you mean by photo id, like a scan of my passport? Because in my country we don't have national ids, we only have one national and one international passport
Ah alright thank you! so flying domestic does not require any biometric data, that is to say I won't have to go through one of those machines and will instead just prove my identity to an official?

Of course not. You're not leaving the country are you. You can drive to Bali.
You seem very suspiciously worried about biometric data lol.
But no you don't need your passport but you really should a laminated copy of it and your Kitas. And a proper Photo ID. That's the rules even for domestic
Or drive
