I was up the immigration office here in PKB to xtend the MERP, and was told , its all on line . The wife must be with you all must be done on the computer. She must have an EMAIL account and whatever. Bcause its Friday no point in going home and returning to 2 IMMIG today. What the hell is this ????

The same thing happened to us. But, believe it or not, it's good news.

The site is better. The process is straightforward. Please note that when applying, you are doing it from the wife's perspective. So, she is registering you under her email and login.

Step1: Register her email, ID #, and credentials requested. Wait for registration confirmation.

Step 2: Using her credentials, choose the correct visa, upload all paperwork in one link as one document. Upload marriage docs as one doc in the second link. There is a size limit. Some require .PDF and some are .jpg or .png formats for pics.

Step3: Pay

Then wait for your visa. If you have already been fingerprinted then there is no need to redo them. You will upload a picture, in required formatting so no need to go for pictures either.

There is a Whatsapp number your wife can ask questions and check status, if needed.

I’m not sure if Molina as a whole has been replaced or whether they changed the name only, but it is not available anymore. Now everything is via https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/
