The first problem is that in OVO you need a Premier account. For which you need to provide ID, have an Indonesian telephone number, etc.
Then a transfer (back) to a bank account is possible. But you need to selecte a bank name and I’m not sure if Wise is in that list. (It’s not so easy as entering an account number and BIC here.)

What makes it complicated is that same capability is supported in some other countries. Unfortunately, Wise documentation is pretty weak on what they don't support in a specific country, and their support is virtually non-existent.
