I'll check with my wife when she gets home, as she's the one that pays the bills. I'm guessing we pay something like 1,500,000 per month. But English language not an issue. She also lives in, which is usually cheaper. And we might br paying a small amount of transport money also on Saturdays when she goes home for the weekend. 50 or 100 i think.

Here's a idea we used. Hire someone to come in for a day or 2 a week and see how that goes. If you are happy than hire her full time. It's a lot easier than getting stuck with a bad one. Also talk to locals around about the person. Found gossip is a full time sport in my village.
