It's very impressive. It's a special table (obviously) and there are more than 4 coins. Some of them covered and uncovered on demand with black material. The mechanism is obviously mechanical and fast enough that both camera shutter speed and eyes do not see it (TV camera is only about 30 Hz, so it is very possible to make a machine fast enough to do this. The biggest hint: the table shakes every time the "magic" is performed. With more shaking when all 3 coins need to move.

Edit: In slo mo, you can see it happen on the 3rd coin to rose petal, as half the coin is covered in one frames.

That reminds me of the SNL spoof advertisement, modeled on the American Express ads that showed people in trouble while traveling calling Amex and having all their problems immediately solved. In the fake ad, a traveler who is stuck after his wallet disappears calls "Metrocard" for help, which causes the CSR on duty (played by Roseanne) to say, "If I had that kind of power over time and space, would I be talking to a loser like you at three in the morning?"
