Is your notary also the visa agent you mentioned before ?
I am having difficult to understand you (by the way , many of your posts were difficult to me) .
If Jakarta's Immigration corrected the PMA's evisa account's problem you had before , can't you simply login (using your computer) and check ?
And , at the other thread (

In my view you should have done the passport data update at the company (your PMA) account . Better check it , you may need to do it again .
